Registration
Submitting a registration is a request for a seat, not a confirmed enrollment. A seat is only confirmed once our staff verifies your details and payment reference and approves the application. We may decline a registration — for example if a payment reference can't be verified, if an event is full, or if the same student already has a pending or approved registration for that event.
Payments and refunds
Payment happens outside this website (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or cash); you give us the reference and we verify it manually. Because payment isn't processed through this website, refund requests are handled directly by our staff — contact us and we'll review it case by case.
Portal accounts
Once approved, the student and guardian each receive their own portal login. Accounts are personal — please don't share your password. Materials and assignments posted in the portal are for the enrolled student's use in that event only.
Attendance and conduct
Enrollment is offline, in-person training. We expect students to attend scheduled sessions and treat teachers and peers respectfully; we reserve the right to pause or end an enrollment in cases of serious misconduct, after contacting the guardian.
Changes to a program
Event dates, venues, or instructors may occasionally change. We'll notify registered students and guardians directly if a change affects an event you're enrolled in.
