Frequently asked questions

Can't find what you need? Send us a message and we'll help directly.

Registration

How do I register my child?

Browse our events page, pick a program, and fill out the registration form with student and guardian details, then submit your payment reference. No document upload is required beyond what the form asks for.

Can one student register for multiple events?

Yes. Each program needs its own registration, but your family keeps one shared portal login.

I made a mistake on my registration — can I fix it?

Yes. If our team spots an issue during review, we'll mark it "needs correction" and reach out with exactly what to fix. You can also contact us directly before it's reviewed.

What if my registration is rejected?

You'll get a notice explaining why. Most rejections are payment-reference mismatches or duplicate submissions — you're welcome to submit again once the issue is resolved.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or cash. Enter your transaction reference on the registration form and our team verifies it manually.

Is there an online payment gateway?

Not yet. A person checks your payment reference by hand, which is why it can take a day or two instead of being instant.

How long does payment verification take?

Usually 1–2 business days. You can check status anytime with your registration ID on the status lookup page.

Portal & access

When do I get portal access?

Right after your registration is approved, we create your enrollment and email a set-password link to both the student and the guardian's email address.

I never received my invite email — what do I do?

Check spam first. Still nothing? Send us your registration ID and we'll resend it.

Can parents see grades or assignment feedback?

Parents see enrollment status and payment history. Assignment feedback and grades are shared directly with the student inside their own portal, alongside their teacher.

Programs

Which disciplines do you offer?

Physics (BdPhO), Mathematics (BdMO), Junior Science (BdJSO), Primary Math & Science (BdMSO), Informatics (BdOI), and Biology (BdBO). We also run robotics camps — the first one is enrolling now.

Is training online or offline?

Offline. Classes happen at the branch, in person. Materials and assignments also go up on the portal so students can review between classes.

What age or grade level is each program for?

It varies. Every program page lists its eligibility and grade range before you register.
