What we collect

When you register a student, we collect:

• Student details: name, date of birth, gender, school, and class/grade.
• Guardian details: name, relationship, phone, email, and address.
• Payment information: method and the transaction reference you provide — we never collect full card or account numbers.
• Any document you're asked to upload during registration (e.g. a payment screenshot).
• Account activity: login sessions, submitted assignments, and materials you access, once your portal account is active.

How we use it

Registration data is used to verify and process your application, provision your student and guardian portal accounts once approved, and communicate with you about your enrollment. Portal activity (materials, assignments, submissions) is used to run the actual teaching relationship between your student and their assigned teacher.

How we verify and store payments

We don't use an online payment gateway. You pay via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or cash outside this website, then give us the reference — our staff checks it by hand against the amount due before approving your registration.

Who can see your data

Registration and student data is visible to authorized academy staff involved in reviewing your application (an assigned enrollment agent, or an admin), and to the teacher(s) assigned to your student's enrolled events. Guardians can see their own linked students' enrollment and payment status; they cannot see other families' data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep registration and portal records for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for academic and administrative record-keeping. You can ask us to review or delete specific records by contacting us.

Your account

Portal accounts are protected by a password you set yourself after an invite link. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately so we can help secure it.
